OBTAINING A DESIGN
In order to be able to obtain a design registration, the design has to be new and it has to be of individual character.
One design application in Denmark or EU can cover a number of variants if they can be ascribed to the same type of goods, i.e. the same design class.
For design applications, we are happy to use our clients’ images if they are suitable for reproduction. However, we also offer to provide professional images to our clients. We usually advise against using photos, since this is often not accepted in foreign design applications.
